Micah Burton

Executive Director, LifeLift Career Prep – June 2024

With a distinguished 40-year career in Corporate America, including 35 years in leadership roles within major financial institutions such as JPMorgan Chase, National City Bank, and Discover Financial Services, Micah Burton is a trusted leader known for her ability to build strong teams, develop emerging leaders, and create lasting impact within organizations.

Micah’s expertise in leadership development earned her a reputation for cultivating talent, fostering growth, and driving positive change. Her career trajectory was shaped by a commitment to empowering others. A value instilled in her from a young age.

In 2024, Micah retired from her corporate leadership role and founded LifeLift Career Prep, to help the next generation of leaders.

LifeLift Career Prep is a non-profit organization that provides high school graduates and young adults with the tools, resources, and mentorship they need to thrive in the workforce, whether they choose to attend college or not.

Through personalized coaching, dynamic workshops, and community partnerships, LifeLift Career Prep helps young adults navigate the transition from high school to their careers with confidence.

When not building LifeLift Career Prep, Micah delights in spending time with her two grandsons, helping shape their lives with the same dedication and love that she has shared with so many others throughout her career.

Married to her late husband for 38 years, together they raised four children in central Ohio where she still resides.

Micah lives by the values of integrity, perseverance, and service to others.

Michaun Winborn Board Member

Michaun Winborn (she/her) is the Vice President, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Lead for Consumer & Community Banking at JP Morgan Chase. She manages the standardization of DEI reporting and develops key DEI initiatives to increase diverse representation and further the company’s commitment to inclusion and belonging.

Michaun holds a bachelor’s degree in Theater Performance from Hope College in Holland, MI. She is an board member of The Benefit Concert Association, a yearly benefit concert held to support Columbus’ own Nationwide Children’s Heart Hospital. She is currently studying to become a certified professional executive coach via CoachDiversity Institute & The International Coaching Federation.

She lives in Columbus, Ohio with her husband Corey and their 2 boys Dresden and Donavan.

Pam Wilson

Pamela K. Wilson Board Member

Pam Wilson is an Executive Director with over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. Renowned for her strategic vision and operational expertise, Pam has driven growth and innovation in Technology, Operations, and Product Management roles at global financial institutions. Currently, she focuses on integrating AI and intelligent automation to support transformative initiatives.

In 2022, Pam earned an MBA from Southern Methodist University, specializing in data analytics and strategy. A proponent of servant leadership, she shares her expertise at events and panel discussions. Pam's deep industry knowledge and commitment to excellence have earned her a reputation as a trusted leader and innovator in the financial services sector.

Pam resides in the Dallas, TX area.
